On the main common floor that includes the kitchen, dining, and living room area (2nd floor), there is a guest room that features a king size bed (sleeps 2) and access to the full bath with a shower enclosed. Just below, on the bottom floor, there is a perfect little apartment suite, with its very own full bathroom (also featuring a shower), private entry access from the ground floor and access to the poolside as well. This apartment suite features a sitting area as well as a queen size bed (sleeps 2). Upstairs on the 3rd floor, there is the main master bedroom which features a king size bed (sleeps 2) with its own private balcony, and a spacious yet sensually appealing master bathroom featuring two sinks, and a dual shower room tucked away for two to step inside and retreat into their very own oasis. Just down the hall there is another guest room featuring two full beds and yet another bathroom en suite with a gorgeous and expansive layout. Nothing has been spared to make this the most perfect vacation rental.

Siesta Key Village is approximately .3 north of Latitude Adjustment. A leisure walk will get you there in 7 minutes. Plenty of restaurants, shops and night spots. Florida is known for its beaches, climate and foliage so this home features on its grounds an amazing amount of lavish tropical foliage to include many flower species as well as many fruit tree varieties. Cancellation Policy (for December- April, June-August bookings): Rental Deposit amount and any payments are refundable less any admin fees up to 90 (ninety) days prior to the beginning of the rental period. After 90 days prior to the rental period the Licensor shall have the right to retain the initial Deposit and any other payments received at the Licensor’s discretion. If you cancel and your check-in date is more than 90 days away, you will receive your deposit returned by check in the mail minus the admin fee.

After 7 days prior to the rental period the Licensor shall have the right to retain the initial Deposit and any other payments received at the Licensor’s discretion. If you cancel and your check-in date is more than 7 days away, you will receive your deposit returned by check in the mail minus the admin fee.
Please sign online with digital signature. This agreement must be returned to us within 48 hours, as we cannot guarantee your requested dates without receipt of a signed rental agreement. In order to finalize your reservation, we require the initial deposit plus a credit card on file to cover any incidentals and negligent damages
