From the moment you arrive, you'll know you made the right decision. Spend a month or longer, escape from the city or the snow and ice, relax and enjoy life. The home is built on a direct oceanfront lot with the most magnificent views you can imagine. MY PARADISE is a comfortably furnished stilt home designed to take full advantage of the unobstructed ocean views. This home "lives" outside. The master suite and living area open to an oversized deck. A wall of glass doors by the dining area folds open to completely expose the interior living space to the outside. You can enjoy the sea breezes while preparing your meals, relaxing in the living room or enjoying a meal at the dining table. When you want to be outside, there is a dining table, rattan conversation area with tea table, oversized cushioned wooden lounge chairs and a gorgeous round table with an umbrella.
The master suite is located on the beach side of the house. Have breakfast in the king bed or read your morning paper while enjoying the ever-changing ocean views. The bath features double vanities, walk-in shower and raised toilet. The other two bedrooms are located on the street side of the home. One features a king bed and the other twin beds. The guest bath is located between them and easily accessible from the living area. There is a TV in every bedroom. The central part of this home includes the living, dining and kitchen areas, and features a vaulted ceiling. The living area is furnished with a comfy corner sectional sofa and several papa san chairs with ottomans for your relaxation pleasure. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space, a snack bar with stools and the dining area features a glass top table with 6 chairs for more formal dining - Keys style. This home is handicapped accessible and pet friendly. Dock your boat in the protected canal across the street. The dock is 30' and has electricity and water. This is a home you'll want to return to year after year.

Rate Details: Rent is $7,850 to $8,990/month depending on the season. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. Additional Charges: $330 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $1000 with accidental damage insurance or $3500 without. Utility Caps/Mo: $100 water and $100 electricity. Pet Fees: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet.
Accidental Damage: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.

We had a wonderful,relaxing time. The house is very comfortable, especially for a group. It is extremely well equipped. The deck is the best part. We spent most of our time there and the views are the best. The kitchen is well laid out and stocked. We ate in most every evening. Last but not least, everyone we dealt with was great to work with and everything went well. Can't wait to come back next year.
