The master suite and living area open to an oversized deck. A wall of glass doors by the dining area folds open to completely expose the interior living space to the outside. You can enjoy the sea breezes while preparing your meals, relaxing in the living room or enjoying a meal at the dining table. When you want to be outside, there is a dining table, rattan conversation area with tea table, oversized cushioned wooden lounge chairs and a gorgeous round table with an umbrella.

The master suite is located on the beach side of the house. Have breakfast in the king bed or read your morning paper while enjoying the ever-changing ocean views. The bath features double vanities, walk-in shower and raised toilet. The other two bedrooms are located on the street side of the home. One features a king bed and the other twin beds. The guest bath is located between them and easily accessible from the living area. There is a TV in every bedroom. The living area is furnished with a comfy corner sectional sofa and several papa san chairs with ottomans for your relaxation pleasure.
