About the Property
This unit is original PCB beach front condo . To get to the beach afforadable and be able to bring your pets is ideal . nothing fancy but in the heart of PCB. There is a pet station on site for the pups, or you can walk to the pier where they have pet friendly beach access.
No pets are allowed on the beach . only at the pier where its pet friendly . 2 pets max 25 pounds each .
There will be no refunds for cleaning , but we live here and can send / come back any time to satisfy any of your concerns.
