Seasonal- This a 2 besdrooms/2 bath family home wich was updated and which has a fully equipped kitchen dining area, a lanai and 2 living rooms. It has high speed wifi, basic cable, laundry equipment (washer and dryer in the garage). The house sleeps four adults confortably on beds. Our home in Florida is available for rent during the fall-winter 2025-2026 (seasonal).

About the host

: We are a couple from Quebec who love the west coast of Florida for its warmth and tranquility. We like to enjoy the swimming pool, the beaches, the surrounding golf courses and the cycle paths. We want to share our villa with people who will pay attention to it and who will enjoy the same benefits of a vacation in the sun. We love the neighborhood of the Fairways of Capri community.

Why this property?

Our house is located in an area surrounded by a golf club. The Owners Association pays particular attention to the cleanliness of the site. We do the same in our house. We renovated the kitchen as well as the flooring of the common areas. There is a lanai that allows us to relax no matter the time of day. The house is close to all attractions. The historic center of Venice is welcoming and we often meet there to go to the public market on Saturday mornings, to the various festivals on the weekends, to shop or to enjoy the many restaurants and to go and beaches-parks in the surrounding area. .
