The perfect luxurious and beachy, family-friendly condo, right across the street from the beach, in Miramar Beach / Destin.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
In the three large bedrooms you have a King, Queen, and Queen bed, respectively. The main bedroom has a huge ensuite bathroom, with a separate soaking tub and walk in shower. Each bedroom has its own brand new 4K smart TV with Roku (for Netflix and all your other apps) and with cable. Everything is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with just a touch of beach fun.

Kitchen
The huge kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, cookware, serving dishes, and silverware you need to prepare full meals as if you’re at home. The kitchen peninsula has bar seating for four, and the dining table seats six.

Living Room and Balcony
The enormous living room is handsomely decorated, with soft chairs and nice furniture continuing the luxury/beach theme. The couch can fold out into a full size bed if you need room for two more guests. The balcony has outdoor furniture, and is the perfect place for your morning coffee. You can even see a small glimpse of the ocean between some of the buildings.

Other Amenities
Of course the whole condo has wifi and central air conditioning / heat. There’s a washer and dryer in the condo.

Pool & Condo Complex Amenities
Inside the gated condo complex, you've got a heated pool, and hot tub, and charcoal grills for the exclusive use of condo guests. The parking lot is patrolled by a security guard, for your safety.

Parking Note
In the summer season (March 1 - October 31), there is parking for one vehicle for each condo. The property does not allow boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses. If you need to bring an additional vehicle, there is some public parking, and a local RV park called Geronimo RV Park where you can pay to park additional vehicles. In the winter season, parking is restricted only to guests who are staying at Alerio, but you can bring more than one vehicle.

Area Information

Beach
The beach is right across the street from the condo, maybe a 200 yard walk from the building to the sand. It takes most people about 2 minutes (unless carrying the cooler). We have stocked the condo with beach umbrellas, chairs, a cooler, and some bags to help you carry stuff to the beach.

Around the condo you have Seascape Golf Course, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, and lots of restaurants and other attractions.
