We had a wonderful trip. The house exceeded our expectations. It was clean and had everything we needed, including dishes and cooking supplies. All communications with the owner and property manager were excellent. I received prompt replies, and they were very courteous. We plan on staying here again.

The house was nice and clean. Plenty of beds and space, which was great. It's a few blocks walk to the clubhouse to the community pool, but the house pool was very nice as well. During our stay, there was salt and pepper, some laundry and dishwashing supplies to get us through, but no extra paper products or cooking oil, so plan accordingly! There was a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig for k cups, but no paper filters. Those are just things I like to know so I can be prepared for my grocery delivery order.

This was my family first time vacating in Florida and my experience was speechless. To start the owner of the property made the check in and out very smooth he was easy to get a hold to and easy to communicate with. The house was everything we wanted and needed, it was clean and had an ample amount of space for my family, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean so as the laundry room. The kitchen was everyone woman dream spacious and had plenty of cook ware. The community club house was wonderful it was like being on another separate vacation, my family loved everything about Paradise Cove and it it our intention to make this gated community and this exact home our vacation home to reserve every time we visit Florida.
