Our condo is located within the upscale resort property high rise of Waterford Point and includes all the amenities of the property with resort-style heated outdoor pool, state of the art fitness center, stunning landscaped grounds, car-washing station, it's own marina and more. Again, our condo complex is a 20 min walk to the beach and boardwalk, set right off Federal Hwy featuring a huge variety of upscale shops and fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, theater and a Publix supermarket and marina, etc...all walking distance! :-)

Port Everglades and Fort Lauderdale Airport is about a 25 minute drive or UBER ride. Miami and Miami Beach are about a 30-45 minute drive, Pompano Beach village, pier and beach are 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive... wonderful Deerfield Beach with it's awesome beaches are about a 20 minute drive North.

Location, Location, Location. Again, our condo complex is about a 20 min walk to Pompano Beach Pier and boardwalk with a variety of great bars/restaurants and shops. Surrounded by numerous shops, coffee shops, restaurants, golf course, Pompano amphitheater, parks and more. Named the "Venice of America", we are surrounded by multiple intracoastal waterways and the property literally sits right on the waters edge. There is also a fantastic little ocean town called Lauderdale By The Sea, located just 3-4 miles to the south...

Parking is available on-site at our designated parking spot. All doors and entryways and elevator are operated by a key fob, we are a few steps away from our laundry room and storage room where we keep everything beach :-)...coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs and boogie boards...
