Minimum Rental: 28 Days "Palm Harbor" is a spacious elegant home with pool and dock. Gently swaying palm trees greet you at the gated entrance to this wonderful home. The ground level entry features a billiard/game room, bedroom and full bath. An open curved staircase leads to the 2nd floor main living level. The main living area is spacious and French doors open to a huge covered balcony overlooking this tropical retreat. The gourmet kitchen offers a gas cook top, double ovens, microwave, side by side refrigerator and all the little appliances and cooking utensils. Eat at the counter, the casual dining table with seating for 6 or outside on the covered balcony. The comfortable sitting area with leather sofa and chairs and large screen TV provide another great indoor entertainment area. There are two bedrooms on this level, laundry room and a full bath. The 3rd level hosts the master suite with king bed, glass enclosed shower, soaking tub, and twin vanities along with a private sitting area with TV and access to an open balcony overlooking the grounds. The outdoor areas of this home resemble a mini private resort. The swimming pool with paver brick pool deck, sandy beach, small boat ramp, residential ice maker machine for refreshing drinks, outdoor refrigerator, and ample seating opportunities pool side or in the shaded area. A separate fish cleaning station with water makes it easy for you to clean the day's catch and cook it on the handy gas grill.

Rate Details: 2022 Rent is $12,500/month (May thru Nov); $14,000/month (December); 2023 Rent is $14,000/month. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $425 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $2500 with Accidental Damage Insurance or $3500 without. Utility Caps/Mo: $80 water and $150 electricity. Pet Fees: Pets 40 pounds and under are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet. There is an additional $45 departure pet cleaning fee.
Accidental Damage: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.

We had three generations staying at Palm Harbor and had a wonderful time. The house is really large and the kitchen was a pleasure for all of us to cook together since eating out wasn't an option thanks to Covid-19. The dock was huge with sufficient room for our two boats and just a short drive to the Atlantic. Good fishing in Tavernier Creek when it was too windy for offshore. Both the owner and Keys Holiday rental were so accommodating and responsive. We had an AC not working and they had it replaced! We have never dealt with anyone who was so helpful in the 30 years we have been visiting the Keys.
Excellent winter of '18 in Tavenier. House was great, having our boat at the dock was fantastic. House was the perfect location for great boating on the ocean and bay sides - kayaking was good too. The house was spacious and well equipped and the pool was nice. We had a great time, we will be back next winter!
