1250 sq. ft. Welcome to Sunrise Beach 1802. We are located 1 mile away from Pier Park and Russell Fields Pier. We are one of the closest condos to Frank Brown Sports Center. This condo sleeps up to 8 people. It features a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, bunk beds in the bunk room, a fold out sleeper sofa in the living room and 2 full bathrooms. The condo offers a large private balcony with access from both the master bedroom and the living room.
This rental includes 2 SETS OF FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE from March 15 through October 31. That's 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas! There will be no need to haul chairs and umbrellas down to the beach multiple times a day. The beach chair service provides comfortable, adjustable chairs and over-sized umbrellas. The daily beach rental for these chairs can be as much as $50 per day each.
PRIVATE 8 x 23 ft BALCONY: you will enjoy stunning oceanfront views while listening to the relaxing sounds of the waves. This is a great place to read a book, eat a meal, watch a beautiful sunset or just relax .
KITCHEN: looks out over the water and features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. It is well stocked with everything that you need to make meals. There is also a pantry closet to hold all your own snack and groceries.
DINING AREA: seats 5 and there is additional seating for 3 more at the kitchen bar.
LIVING ROOM : is a gathering place for everyone and features a new matching sofa, loveseat, and a conversation chair. The decor is warm, and comfortable. It's a great place to kick back and watch the 65" smart flat screen TV. Enjoy the view of the emerald-green waters from the wall to wall sliding glass door windows.
MASTER BEDROOM: features a king size bed with great views of the gulf. There are his and her closets as well as a dresser to unpack your clothes and store your suitcase. It also has a 65" smart flat screen TV.
PRIVATE MASTER BATH: features double sinks and garden tub and a large walk-in shower.
GUEST BEDROOM: features a queen bed. There is a dresser and a nice sized closet to unpack your clothes. It also has a 65" smart flat screen TV.
TWIN BUNK ROOM: is kid friendly and feels like a third bedroom. Shut the door and let the kids fall asleep watching their favorite movie on the TV. No sleeping in the hallway here!
GUEST BATHROOM: is in the hall and features a tub/shower combination.
LAUNDRY ROOM: has a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience
KEYLESS Lock: you will have easy access into the condo. We will send a welcome letter with the numeric access code 2 weeks before check in.
PARKING: is located underneath the building. Limit is 2 vehicles per condo. Please note there is a $50 charge per stay for each vehicle. This fee is charged by Sunrise Beach Resort and not us. We will send you a link to register your vehicle at least 7 days before your arrival.

We loved our week at Sunrise Beach unit 1802! The host, Eric, was great and very accommodating. Always available if we had wants or needs! The condo was perfect and had everything we needed and many extras that other places we’ve stayed didn’t provide. Will definitely stay again!

The condo was located right there on the beach, beautiful scenic view on the balcony!! The rooms had a modernized and beachy vibe to them. Just about half a mile down, was a place called A 'more Donuts; it was fantastic! There were 5 restaurants all within walking distance, well placed spot in Panama City Beach. the owners accommodated us very well, leaving us with an unforgettable stay!! Thank you Eric and Jenn for making this vacation a memorable!! :)

As soon as the door opened, we saw the condo was spacious and had a pleasant floor plan. The interior furnishings were modern and tastefully decorated. Condo was well stocked with new cooking pans and all the supplies needed to be comfortable. Loved the included beach chairs/umbrellas that were already set up in the sand each morning. The building has quick elevators and the pools/hot tubs being on the 5th floor provided great views. Eric was available via text, responded quickly, and even checked in on how my Ironman race went. It is clear the owner takes pride in his unit and wants you to enjoy your stay. Couldn't have asked for more!

We have been renting this condo for years and love it. The decor is nice and welcoming. The master bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped (love having a keurig). We love sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking coffee, listening to the waves and watching for dolphins. We then enjoy sitting on the balcony in the evening and watching the sunset. We appreciate the included beach service and we also enjoy the pool. We like the gifts and snacks too. Thanks for having fans available as I need the white noise to be able to sleep. We're looking forward to our next visit.

Sunrise Beach 1802 is a beautiful condo! It’s modern, beautifully furnished, and super clean! We thoroughly enjoyed spending time sitting on the balcony listening to the sounds of the waves! The condo building is very clean and nice. Super convenient to shopping and restaurants within walking distance.(Walmart/Pier Park just a mile away) Two pools, Two hot tubs and a splash pad, maintenance people are always around keeping things working. Great workout room. Security guards are very friendly. We have stayed in Sunrise Beach Condo for 9 years now and will continue, we love it. Thank you Eric and Lisa for being super owners and caring about your guests and their stay

This was a great condo with a beautiful view of the ocean, very close walking distance or short drive to restraunts and activities for families.The hotel was right on the beach with lots of amenities including a nee snack bar, pools, hottubs, outdoor grill and sand rinse hoses.The room was very clean with great decor and very spacious! The weather was perfect. Our stay was fun and relaxing. A great time for me and my hubby to take a break from our busy lives and reconnect. The condo was warm and comfortable. Lisa was quick to respond to any questions or needs, which is great. Lisa has added some nice touches such as providing a welcome gift, nice thick towels, detergent/dryer sheets for laundry, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and some new decor. We brought our own supplies since we are used to having to do that, but it was nice to see these items provided. The living area had new furniture. A home away from home (but with the added perk of the beach and pools!). Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next September.

Special touches like gray towels, instead of hotel white, extra toilet paper and paper towels (not hotel brand) Laundrv room was stocked with beach tovs. boogie boards. floats and even a fishing rod!

Thank you Lisa for sharing your beautiful place with my family. Our stay was perfect for our party of 6. My mom and son shared the bunk room. Our daughter and son in law shared the queen room. My husband and I had the master suite. Everyone had plenty of privacy and space. I can’t find anything about our stay that wasn’t perfect. Also thank you Lisa for quickly getting back to me with any questions and for letting us check in a little early. You are a great host. The view and location are perfect. My husband had said before we ever left we should contact and book for next year. We definitely plan to return and will be looking to stay with you again.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and you are on the beach. It is in a great location. You can walk to several restaurants. The owners are very nice and great to work with. The beds are comfortable, kitchen is supplied with dishes for your cooking needs, and there is a washer and dryer. The bathrooms are very nice. There are 2 swimming pools and they were nice and clean. We look forward to staying there each year.

We stayed in Sunrise Beach 1802 in June 2022. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions I might have had. They left a wonderful little gift basket for our arrival. They had a lovely book with suggestions for restaurants and things to do around town. The attention to detail is very much appreciated. The 2 sets of beach chairs was also a huge plus. We will definitely stay here again any time we go back to Panama City Beach.
