Beautiful penthouse 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that is located on North Hutchinson Island, between Fort Pierce and Vero Beach, Florida. The West view from the master bedroom, porch and living room, displays the Indian River Lagoon and beautiful sunsets. Manatees and Dolphins frequently visit the marina. The East view from the kitchen, and East Bedroom, looks out over the tennis, pickleball courts, large pool, clubhouse and the ocean. There is a club house with exercise equipment adjacent to the main pool. The smaller pool is on the river. During the winter months, Jan- April, the entertainment committee provides various activities in the clubhouse and the residents and returning renters every year, are very welcoming. The summer is quieter, with the beach and restaurants providing easy access to the sandy beach and the seafood restaurants.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second bedroom has a trundle twin bed. There are two TV's. One in the living room, and one in the East Bedroom. Both bedrooms have walk in closets. The condo sleeps three comfortably, and with the trundle pulled out, can accommodate four. All bedding, dishes, etc are provided.
Winter rental, 3 to 4 months only. Discount for additional months.
Pets are not allowed and it is a no smoking unit.

Area Information

North Hutchinson Island provides easy access on A1A to Fort Pierce, to the south and Vero Beach, to the north, on A1A. Both are an easy drive. Orlando Airport is 1hr 40mins away. West Palm airport is 1 hours away. Orlando and West Palm Beach have many activities to enjoy.
