Nope! We have a smart lock with custom door codes for each guest. You will receive your custom access code within 24 hours of arrival.
Nope. All cars must be registered, but do not require a fee. Between December 15 and April 15 there is a $30 one time fee if you want to park within the gates. If you chose not to pay you can still park for free on property, but will be a bit further from the unit.
We are sad to say they are not. This is not our rule. This is an HOA rule. We can't even bring our furry friend to the condo.
Smoking is not permitted. This is not an owner rule. This is an HOA rule. Smoking is not only prohibited in the unit, but also on balconies, pools, docks, parking lots, etc. Smoking of any kind is completely prohibited anywhere on property.
