Excessive Cleaning Policy
A standard prepaid cleaning fee of $150 covers normal end-of-stay cleaning and turnover. If the home is left in a condition that requires excessive cleaning beyond the standard scope (e.g., heavy stains, trash accumulation, unwashed dishes, or damage-related messes), the additional time required to restore the property will be invoiced to the guest at a rate of $50 per hour. Photographic documentation will be provided, and charges will reflect only the labor necessary to return the home to guest-ready condition.
Lease Agreement & Guest Screening for Extended Stays
For all stays exceeding 30 consecutive days, the following are required prior to check-in:
A signed standard lease agreement
Government-issued photo ID for identity verification
A background and credit check (applicant's consent required)
