The Desoto Beach House is an All Suite property consisting of five 1 Bed/1 Bath apartments located in the quiet, residential North beach neighborhood - 100 steps to the beach. A beautiful, tranquil property impeccably clean with lots of attention to detail and care. 4 night minimum bookings helps us to reduce parties and weekend bashes. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. No smoking.
* Each apartment has a Bedroom with queen bed and separate living room with pull out sofa bed, dining table and chairs. Furnishings are sourced from local charities, thrifts and consignments setting the old Florida beach chic theme. Lots of rattan, mid century and Miami deco touches.
*Art work is mostly original collection of artist friends, family and our travels.
* Full size kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker. High quality pots, pans and utensils. Nice dishes and silver ware.
* High thread count Linens and towels sourced from Costco and Home Goods.
* Each apartment has it's own outdoor patio chairs and table for enjoying the sunrise, catching the breeze or relaxing with a book.

* The apartments share an award winning private garden of native Florida plants and includes an authentic Seminole Indian Chickee Hut, flower pergola, Weber gas grill, two dining areas and an outdoor shower.
* The Chickee Hut serves as your outdoor living room with sofa and patio chairs, lights, fans, Wi Fi and Bluetooth speakers.
* Two umbrella shaded dining areas in the garden - each with tables that comfortably seat six - plenty of room to spread out.
* The private beach 100 steps away with Lifeguard offers swimming, snorkeling, shelling, surf fishing, spectacular sunrises (photographers) and long romantic walks.
* Beach chairs, toys and towels are provided.
* Outdoor shower for transitioning from the beach.

* Hollywood North Beach is a quiet relaxing residential beach area. There is no public parking in the neighborhood so you can enjoy the beach without the chaos.
* The beach has a full time lifeguard and is never crowded or noisy.
* Conveniently located on the beach bike path that leads you to state parks (0.2mi), central broad walk (1.5mi) and pier (0.5mi).
* 15-minute car ride to downtown Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale Beach or FLL International Airport. Easy Uber to South Beach (20mi) or Arts District\Art Basel (15mi).
