It is a short walk from multiple restaurants, bars, waterfront parks, and the Cabana Club. We are located on the ocean side, however you will have immediate access to the gulf through Vaca cut. Whether you are planning a fishing vacation, or a family getaway, our home will not disappoint and is the ultimate getaway!
This property has an open wide layout with an incredible view of the canal throughout the entire back of the house. The home includes three high definition Roku smart TV's, Wireless Internet, Direct TV, bait freezer, filet station, outdoor shower, beach gear, gas grill, Laundry, fully equipped kitchen, multiple ceiling fans, a kayak, and access to the Cabana Beach Club. Behind the house is a patio seating area with where you can enjoy your day having a meal, and drinks while watching the boats pass by. At night we have LED lighting outdoors to set the mood while viewing the stars. This property also offers a 37 1/2' dock with ample space to keep your boat.
