Spacious two bedroom /two bath duplex with off street parking for two cars. Beautifully landscaped with in-ground pool, dock and boat lift in the private, tropical backyard.
Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin with trundle.

All guests have full use of the entire property.

The only dockage at the home is provided by the 10,000 lb. boat lift. There is not any additional seawall space.
