This home was located in a good neighborhood…there are a few items I would add to the home. Maybe add some more kitchen utensils such as spatulas, stirring spoons because there were only one each and it was difficult to cook. Also, add extra blankets to the house. It was very clean and nice…perfect for our family vacation.

Our family of seven really enjoyed the accommodations! It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Bedding and towels were pristine. The host was very responsive when we asked about beach toys, immediately letting us know where to find them. We loved the bike rentals—rental co made it easy to request addt’l bikes. The door contains a storm lock which took some getting used to.A couple of notes for future guests about area: dining along 30a is pricier than we expected. We ended up cooking most meals at the house. The range at the house is excellent. We did purchase a brownie pan and a large frying pan which we left for future guests. We could not find measuring cups, so you may want to bring those. Finally, there is a 4-lane highway between house and the beach. We usually drove our car or rode bikes west to intersection of 98/30a where there is an underground tunnel and then rode them back east to the beach. It’s a detour, but felt safer.Loved our stay here and hope to stay again!
