AnlivRogelio place was similar to the photos. The downside is that many of the things in the home were broken or damaged. The master bedroom was broken, the blinds were broken and laying on the floor. The couches arm rest was broken. we never found the remote to the ceiling fan in the living room. Not to mention the main reason one pays more money is for the amenities. The pool was unusable, dirty, full of leaves and the pool was cloudy looked like algae. I messaged the host which I had to a couple of times before getting a response. Finally when I got a response, he aaid he would callnthr pool guy and the maintenance man. I also, wanted to know what would be the arrival time for them would be since I needed to get some things for our stay. he never responded, but sent me a message hoping that I was enjoying my stay. The pool guys stated that was a problematic pool, that it was not his routine pool. If I wanted to let my kids swim I can unless they were sensitive to chlorine. Insane!

Also saw dolphins and sunset in a beach just 15min away.

GriselEverything was great, cleaned great location not worth paying the extra money for the heated pool Positive: Everything about the property was great, clean neighborhood was nice location was close to Publix and restaurants. Host was friendly. Negative: The only thing I didn’t like was that I got charged for the heated pool initially it wasn’t advertised. The host did give me an opportunity to back out with a full refund, but it was late notice so I took it the first night. The pool was cold. Felt like they turned it on late so it was cold. The second night it was great warm. Unfortunately, we were only there for the weekend. So it kind of sucked that I paid for a hated pool and it was cooled. Florida doesn’t get many chilly days, but it was that weekend.

ThomasGreat stay at Rogelio's place. We stayed for the month of February and the weather was perfect, which was great for sunbathing and swimming in the pool. You can pay a daily fee to heat the pool so we only heated on the weekends and it was well worth it. We brought our dog and she enjoyed the fenced-in back yard and walks around the neighborhood. The house in a very quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood and the neighbors we met were all friendly (especially the other dog walkers). We had guests a couple of the weekends and we had plenty of room. All three bedrooms also have walk-in closets. The kitchen is on the smaller side and can use some better cooking accessories, but we had no issues preparing meals. There is a Publix and a number of restaurants nearby which are convenient. The only downside is that the beaches are a bit of a drive, but not bad if you plan ahead and avoid the Cape Coral / Ft Myers rush hour traffic.

KarlaPositive: Location was convenient. Negative: Microwave was not functioning during the entire stay. If I preferred to have the pool heated, there would be a fee which isn’t the case at other properties. There was a laundry, but detergent and softener were not provided. Bed in master bedroom was comfortable, but beds in other bedrooms were not comfortable. TV only in master bedroom and living room. Additional bedrooms did not have a TV.

JustinIt's great to have host supporting Level 2 EV charging. Made my trip even more convenient by never having to stop to charge on the way there or home. The location was great, close enough to downtown area, but not too close. House looked the same as pictured / described and a good price for the amount of space / guests that can stay. Having a Publix across the street was also convenient. Will definitely be checking out this location when I come back to visit in the future.

CarolinaGreat place. Publix is around the corner. Quite and friendly neighborhood. Only little issue was the king mattress. It was uncomfortable to sleep through the night. This is just my personal preference I like hard mattresses. This made my back hurt.

YezeniaMy family and I really enjoyed our stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, which is exactly what we were looking for. Overall, the home was very clean and something about it made us feel at home the entire time we were there. The backyard had ample room for my dogs to run around and the pool was the perfect place to spend the 4th of July.

DavidWe were remodeling our home in Cape Coral and needed a place to stay for about 6 weeks. We chose Rogelio's place because of the fenced back yard for our dog and the EV charger for our Tesla. It turned out to be a great location, very close to the grocery store and several of Cape Coral's best restaurants. The recently remodeled home was also nice and clean and well stocked for our stay. Overall, this made the fact that we had to be out of our home for so long much nicer than it could have been. As a Cape Coral native, I would recommend this home to visitors to our area. It's a nice place in a good, quiet neighborhood.

MichaelI recently stayed at Rogelio's home in Cape Coral for the weekend, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The house was nice and comfortable, providing a great place to relax. One of the highlights was definitely the backyard; it was a fun and enjoyable space to hang out in.Unfortunately, I lost my earbuds during my stay, which was a bit of a downside. However, this was a minor issue in the grand scheme of things.The host, Rogelio, was exceptional. He was quick to respond to any questions I had and was very attentive throughout my stay, making sure everything was perfect. The check-in process was smooth and easy thanks to his efficiency and friendliness. Despite the mishap with my earbuds, I would highly recommend this place to others looking for a cozy and enjoyable stay in Cape Cora

MoniqueRogelio’s home was in a very nice neighborhood with Publix across the street, which was convenient. The pool was great and my family had plenty of space. My boys loved having their own room with the two twin beds.The house was clean to the eye but when we got to the house it smelt strong of febreeze, so we lowered the settings of the plug in to try to help. With that, we saw why they were turned up so high. The house had a very strong dog smell.The master bed is very uncomfortable and pillows are flat. It gave me bad back pain by the last couple of days so I had to move to the back bedroom to sleep and head to the chiropractor once I got home.
