This spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on the 1st floor features a fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, linens, shampoo, conditioner, beach towels, chairs, and fast WiFi. Just bring yourself, guests, and groceries for a perfect beach vacation. Pets are welcome at $40/night/pet, with a minimum fee of $200.

The space
Experience a relaxing getaway in our newly renovated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home with a pool, just steps from the beach and nature preserve. White sandy beach access is 0.2 miles in both directions, and Lover’s Key State Park is 0.5 miles south. Enjoy a short walk to scenic bay beaches and easy access to FMB town center. The bedroom features a super comfy king-size bed, and there's a full pullout in the living room. The fully stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher, ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, and more. Dine with seating for 4 at the spacious kitchen island. Parking is limited to 2 cars, and fast internet is available. We provide beach towels, chairs, a beach wagon, and linens. Pets are welcome at $50/night per pet, with a minimum of $200.

Guest access
Welcome to the first-floor unit in our three-apartment home. Enjoy complete and private access with French doors leading to your two-space parking area. The pool and spa are shared with other units. If you desire more space, consider renting all three units for exclusive access to the entire home with 5 bedrooms, bathrooms, and a private pool. Contact me for additional details.

Other things to note
This is a first floor apartment in a private home. There is a second apartment that comprises the entire second floor and back of the first floor. You may hear common sounds experienced when someone lives on the level next to or above you.

While the home is back to pre hurricane condition, the Island is still suffering the impacts from the storm. Publix is open along with a number of restaurants, food trucks and shops. More open every week.
