Beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo with bunks located in a cut out in the hallway, and couch that makes into a double bed. Located on the 18th floor with an incredible view from the balcony of the Gulf. See beautiful sunrises and sunsets as well as dolphins, sting rays, fish, and occasionally a manatee from the deck! The condo is equipped with a full size kitchen, washer and dryer, televisions, cable TV, internet service, and linens and towels. A parking deck for Splash is located across the highway with an overhead skywalk across the highway to the condo. My condo comes with two rental chairs and an umbrella on the beach for your use.

And once the sun and water is done for the day the fun continues with great indoor features such as a sky-walk entrance and arcade.

St. Andrew's State Park is a treasure. Plan to spend a day enjoying this park. You are likely to see deer, alligators, etc. Visit a old turpentine mill, birds viewing, rent a pontoon or launch a boat. Go out on the beach at the store. Rent a snorkel and mask to view the tropical fish against the jetties (enclosed area of water). The water is no deeper than about six feet in this are. Take chairs, tents, sunscreen, towels, boards to ride if you like.
