Welcome to our Beach Get-away...where we,The Koch Family, invite you to relax, unwind and enjoy our casual way of life. Resting just yards from the powdery-white sands of Siesta Key's world famous, award-winning Crescent Beach is our Family owned and operated Tropical Siesta Key Inn. With no busy streets to cross, it's a leisurely stroll to the Gulf of Mexico and to Point of Rocks, the best snorkeling beach on the key.
The space
Along with fully-equipped and tastefully decorated condominiums, we offer good olde fashioned Southern Hospitality with a concierge touch. Choose our delightfully spacious one bedroom accommodation with a private patio overlooking the secret garden fragrant with Plumeria and towering palm trees dripping with orchids surrounding our intimate gas heated pool.
Let the sweet smell of Plumeria greet you as you step into the charming paradise of our unique island accommodations. This unit has a maximum occupancy of 4 persons (includes adults, children & infants).
Siesta Key Inn is less than a block away from the soft, sugar white sands of Crescent Beach/Siesta Beach at Point of Rocks, recently named the Best Beach in America.
These accommodations have just undergone a major renovation which includes new kitchen and baths with quartz countertops. The bathroom features a shower with fluffy towels and upscale toiletries. The accommodation incorporates 20" porcelain tile throughout the unit with new furniture, 42" and 28" flat screen TVs with High Def DIRECTV and premium channels in Living Room and bedroom. For a restful nights sleep, we have new Jamison Bedding with soft 400 thread count sheets in addition to down pillows and comforters. Equipped with washer/dryer in the unit.
Guest access
All of our guests are able to utilize the entire property with the exception of other guests private patios.
Interaction with guests
We strive for a high standard of "Olde Florida" hospitality with a concierge touch. Consequently, someone is always on the property during the day to provide you with any information or assistance you may require including just chatting with us if you so desire.
Other things to note
For our guests convenience, this condo is equipped with a washer/dryer in the unit. We also have a separate laundry room with coin operated full size washer and dryer located on the premises - we even provide the detergent and softener.
We also offer daily towel exchange, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, a beach cooler, high speed Wi-Fi internet access and gas grills.
Additionally, we catalytically convert our water supply to remove all of the hardness so your towels and sheets are delightfully soft to the touch especially when you have had a little too much sun. It also makes your shower so much more refreshing.
Finally, our pool derives chlorination from household salt so you will not experience the red eyes, dry skin and bleached bathing suits that normally occurs with regularly chlorinated pools.

Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:
In the event of the cancellation of a confirmed reservation, the DEPOSIT will be forfeited in full unless written notice is received at least 30 days prior to arrival date. A handling and administrative charge is applicable to ALL cancellations based on the following:
90+ days prior to arrival - 25% of deposit
60+ days prior to arrival - 50% of deposit
30+ days prior to arrival - 75% of deposit
Sales tax: 12%
Deposits: A 40% Deposit is required to confirm all reservations.

We had a fabulous stay recently at Sabal Palm #1A. The unit exceeded our expectations. Hosts could not have been nicer, nor better to work with. Unit was updated, well furnished, kitchen equipped with all essentials and best of all the unit was very clean. Pool and surrounding vegetation is beautiful. Outdoor grills are in good working condition. Everything was perfect for us. We plan to return.

Perfect size condo with great location
The condo was very well decorated, newly remodeled, very clean and with everything you need to cook with. Overlooking the beautiful pool area with palm trees, fire pit area and grill area. We did cook in the condo as well as use the grill.Location was a 5 minute walk to the beach while carrying the beach chairs they provided. A popular set of bars just a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride. Biking on the beach in the morning is also a must do-rental shop is 10 minute walk.I would certainly rent here again. Highly recommended.
