You will LOVE Sterling Reef Resort. Built in 2005, this complex has only 126 units with 7 units on each floor, so you're never far from the elevators. The parking is under the building so there are no streets or walk-over bridges to cross. It's at the intersection of Front Beach Road and Alf Coleman Road with a traffic turn signal that quickly gets you out of the sometimes bumper to bumper beach front traffic. Being adjacent to the NEW Bay County Pier, there is more than 1,800 ft. of pristine beach between the two and no other condos to share it with. The oceanfront bi-level waterfall pool is beach level so you can relax at the pool and enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach without the sand... Not far from Publix and Walmart for all your "necessities". GREAT LOCATION...

Where do I start! This was our families first trip to PCB and Kathy made the process so easy. This condo is better than the pictures and absolutely beautiful. The transaction from beginning to end was easy and precise. The views are gorgeous, the condo was clean and modern. Everything was just perfect!!! Thank you for everything!!!

Enjoyed this condo very much! Master king bed was very comfortable, place was clean, parking under the building kept our vehicle cool and close by. The large balcony was great! This was a ladies trip and we really liked each bedroom having a connecting bath. Several restaurants within walking distance. Owner communicated well; I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful from start to finish!
Just wanted to let everyone know how happy we were with every aspect of our stay. The unit was clean, had all the amenities we needed for our stay and was laid out perfect for the three couples who stayed. We have decided to come every year now and try to get the same unit. We apologize for putting trash in the can without a bag. That was the only thing we couldn’t find.....more bags. Pool was clean, as were the rest of the grounds and building. Thanks for providing the perfect vacation experience!

Wonderful view and location, comfortable and clean condo, and an awesome time!
Great beach front condo! Only steps away from the ocean and white sandy beach. Perfect location with convenient parking and a beautiful view. Very clean and comfortable. Kathy, the owner, was very accommodating and responsive to a few questions we had. We did not have any concerns and had an amazing week! I would definitely rent this condo again.
