Booking Window is SATURDAY to SATURDAY for Spring and Summer and holiday weeks!

This 4 Bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental, with deeded beach access, located in the gated community of Paradise Retreat, is new to the market and ready to give your Destin getaway the luxury it deserves at the great price you want! This home features a deluxe model 6-7 hot tub, fresh paint and carpets, new stainless steel appliances and kitchen lighting, a gorgeous travertine floored living space, and new, contemporary fixtures. At 1919 square feet, this home has the most desirable floor plan in the community. Each bedroom has relative privacy, and the location of the kids' bunk room is on a separate side of the home, allowing the adults and kids space for different activities!!!

MARCH 1ST TO OCT 31ST ALL BOOKINGS ARE CHARGED THE WEEKLY RATE. Saturdays will only be crossed if adjacent bookings are checking OUT before Saturday or checking IN after Saturday.

Each room (and living room) comes with a 1080P TV equipped with cable and an Amazon Fire TV Stick.


1. If for any reason Guest cancels, transfers, or changes reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged to Guest as follows:
a. 25% of the rental total will be charged if Guest makes any change with 60 or more days remaining before arrival date.
b. 50% of the rental total will be charged if Guest makes any change between 30 and 60 days remaining before arrival date.
c. 100% of the total rental will be charged if Guest makes any change with 30 or less days remaining before arrival date.

Rates are usually based on 12 guests. Additional guests are $100 per booking/week. During summer and holidays, weekly rates will be charged regardless of whether the reservation is for the entire week. Holiday fee of $300 will be sometimes be charged.

Student pricing is done on a per student basis (between $200 to $300 per person depending on size) and WILL be different than quoted price. Please contact me with questions.

No fish frying in the kitchen. Please use the outdoor grill. This is to maintain a fresh home for the next guests. Thank you.

Student groups will require a minimum damage deposit of $100 per person. Student groups are charged on a per person basis and must be approved before booking.
