James W.Great condo and great location
This condo was excellent as far as amenities, comfort and location. Everything worked properly, was properly updated, and was easy to use. There is a beautiful pond/lake out back of this place with birds from ducks and herons to ospreys frequenting there. The heated pool and jacuzzi is about 150 yards from the back door. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance of the condo. The beach is about a quarter mile walk away. The sunset from this beach is absolutely amazing. We may be going back to Marco Island next year and if we do we will inquire about staying at this condo again. Very good vacation.
