About the Property
Come and enjoy our home away from home that offers peace & relaxation while only being 6 miles from all the action at Disney. Our home is furnished with the most luxurious items for your comfort & enjoyment and we have tried to think of every possible thing you would need to have the most relaxing vacation of your life.
Our home is located in one of the newest resorts near Disney. Windsor at Westside is a gated resort community that offers only the best in amenities. The 10,000 sq. ft clubhouse offers a Tiki Bar & lounge, arcade & state of the art fitness center. The pool areas at the resort offer something for everyone with a resort style pool, lazy river, kids water park & cabanas/lounge seating. Also available to enjoy are volleyball courts, a playground & multi purpose courts for basketball, tennis ect.
The main living/dining area is very spacious & open with sliding glass doors overlooking the pool. A 60'' HD Smart TV with cable & DVD player are provided. . We also have a DVD library for your enjoyment. We have plenty of seating for the whole family with brand new leather furniture. The combined dining area has seating for 10 along with 5 chairs at the kitchen bar.
The kitchen is very spacious & open to the dining & living areas. Custom cabinets, granite counter tops & stainless steel appliances help to make this kitchen a chef's dream. The kitchen is fully stocked if you wish to prepare your own meals. We offer a Keurig as well as a regular coffee pot for the coffee lovers. Kitchen towels & starter paper towels & detergent are provided for your use. We have a large bar area with 5 bar stools for dining, cooking & entertaining.
There are 2 bedrooms on the main level with 2 full baths, one being the master en-suite. The downstairs guest bedroom offers a queen bed with luxury linens & flat screen TV. This bedroom has direct access to the bathroom. The master bedroom on the main level has a king bed with luxury linens, flat screen TV & en-suite with direct access to the pool area.
The remaining bedrooms are located upstairs. There are 2 en-suites both with king beds & flat screen TVs. There are 2 king bedrooms with flat screen TVs & direct access to the bathroom (Jack & Jill) There is a Harry Potter theme room with flat screen TV & 2 twin beds. Lastly is the Disney princess themed room with 2 twin beds & flat screen TV.
The upstairs living area offers fun for the entire family with a Star Wars theme. Between the couch, chairs & bar top tables there is seating for 11. We have a 60" HD Smart TV with XBox (games not provided) Also in the loft is a pool table & Foosball table for your use when you aren't out enjoying all the amenities & activities that the resort, Disney & Kissimmee/Orlando have to offer.
The laundry room is located downstairs & starters of detergent are provided. There are also pool towels, floats & toys available for your use. High Speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the home and we provide free calls to US and Canada for our guests.
Outdoors we have just as much to offer! We have a covered swimming pool & spa with heat available upon request at an additional charge. We have a large outdoor kitchen with flat screen TV & plenty of seating with loungers & table seating. There are no rear neighbors which adds privacy. We really want you to be able to take in all of the warmth & sunshine that Florida offers year round.
We hope that you will enjoy all the amenities that our home & resort have to offer but if you need to venture out we are only 6 miles from Disney & minutes away from shopping & dining. It is our hope that many magical memories will be made here with your family & friends!

About the owner: We were born and raised in WV and have 2 beautiful children Owen (7) & Olive Jean (5). Joe is owner/operator of Fink Engineering & Land Surveying and Amber is a Physician Assistant at Virginia Tech.
Why this property? We LOVE Disney and vacation here often so it just seemed fitting to buy a vacation home that our family & others could enjoy. We looked at many many homes before finding this house. We fell in love instantly with the beautiful decor, size of the home, great outdoor living space & the resort itself.

Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful villa. My four children and their families and myself enjoyed everything from the great stocked kitchen to the comfy mattresses. Plenty of room for all of us. Pool, hot tub and game room were used everyday. There was also a large pool, kiddy pool and lazy river at the resort. We hated to leave.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home for nine nights it is very beautiful thing I would recommend is that it have better cook ware other than that it was awesome. My grandchildren didn’t want to come home that’s were sad when we left. The community and the lazy river the pool were also so beautiful everyone e was very friendly and happy we r definitely going back Windsor west side is the best side
