Closest rentable house to the Mid City-Beach Access next to the Madiera (less than a 4 minute walk)! Gorgeous home with fantastic location 1 block from beach! This 5 Star house has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated. We purchased all brand new furniture, mattresses, and Egyptian linens, flat screen TV’s for all 3 BR’s and on the lanai. This home (which sleeps 6) features a new wonderful granite chef’s kitchen. The pool area and lanai were redone in 2022.

Unique Benefits

Our house is located .2 miles to the beach access. The closest access to our house is only accessible by walking or riding a bike. There is not a public parking lot for our access. What makes this unique compared to the other public beach accesses on Marco Island is that it keeps the crowds down. We are very fortunate to be next to the JW Marriott and not get as many people on our beach in season.

Why Kids Love It

Kids love swimming in the heated pool. We have a pool closet filled with floats and pool toys. The garage is stocked with beach toys. My kids love Mackle Park which has a huge playground, splash pad, and game room.

Area Information

Our house is centrally located on the island. We are 1 block from Collier Blvd. which is the main road on Marco Island. This road is lined with sidewalks to take a leisurely stroll or bike ride.

Attractions Within Walking Distance

The JW Marriott Resort is within walking distance. Book a spa appointment, walk to their beach bars, or grab lunch at Quinn's. 10K Alley is fun for the whole family (indoor arcade, bowling alley, mini golf) or catch a sunset from Tesoro. You can purchase a daily resort pass if you would like to spend the day on the JW Marriott property using their pools.

Our house is an affordable alternative to staying at the Marriott if you are attending a conference.

You can walk to many shops and restaurants from our house.

Little Bar Restaurant for fresh seafood and stone crabs, DaVinci's for pizza and homemade pasta, Oyster Society for sushi and fine dining, Kane Bar for appetizers and drinks on the beach, Sale e Pepe for ocean front fine Italian dining, Marco Prime for a delicious steak, and Hoots for breakfast. My kids love BeeBee's and Sweet Annie's for ice cream.
