Canal, pool, manatee, dolphin, relaxed luxury! Great management! Worry-free for us!

I never knew we needed a house in Cape Coral on a canal near the Gulf, where manatee and dolphin and reef fish play, with a tidy pool kept clean inside a screened lanai, surrounded by palm trees, with a pier where we could watch the clouds mount and flatten all day and the stars spin all night, until we spent a week at Villa Dolphin Cove in Cape Coral.The Covid pandemic is terrible, but it provided an excuse for us to hide here and on the beaches in Ft. Myers and Captiva for a week, avoiding crowds, wearing masks in public, and remaining alert when we had to refuel, find food, or interact with others. We stayed well and hope our contribution in business outweighed any adverse effects of our travel. We always try to travel responsibly.This home is lovely, quiet, comfortable, and well appointed, without being overwhelming or too glitzy. The management is superb, inobtrusive, and likeable.We booked literally on the drive there, and Christian did what it took to have the home ready for us, and to accommodate signing and payment during these weird Covid times. He didn't need to go that distance- this is not a hotel.He responded quickly to our email with a quote, not knowing if we would book and with little benefit for himself. This is customer service not just to us, but to the owner, so the owner could get some income during this pandemic.Christian's efforts also provided us one of the best vacations we've ever had. He was respectful in every way, and wore a mask and kept distance when he came to the home, all of which was appreciated and appropriate for the pandemic. We would stay here- or in any home Christian recommended- again.We want the owners and the guests to appreciate and respect this manager and his efforts, because we saw him put in special effort again and again during our brief encounters. I don't want to build unreasonable expectations: nothing is perfect, and we don't expect perfection. We found Villa Dolphin Cove, under the management of Christian Groepl, a comfortable, honest, delight.

Beautiful property!

We're recently stayed at Dolphin Cove, it is a beautiful property in a great location. The water views are gorgeous and a perfect way to start and end the day. Modern, yet comfortable furnishings and a fantastic property manager made this house most enjoyable!

Love this HOUSE!!! BEST VACATION HOME EVER!!!

What can I say !! the pictures dont do it JUSTICE!! you have to really be there to know what I mean!! Upon arrival, house temperature was nice, Bose system was on with some tunes, lights were on!! Th House is conviniently located near the marina where we rented our pontoon, worked out great! It s also FULLY equipped with everything from everything to create your Family Memories ! Exactly how the descriptions say!! The view with the Bay windows is breathtaking everyday! Mom & Dad sure enjoyed their morning coffee sitting on that comfy Family couch watching the boats , jetskis , pontoons you name it!! Oh and lets noforget the wildlife.. I would just look out fron the kitchen and the manatees and dolphins are just swimming on by!! Kayakers too up and down thw water, Alot of boat traffic that comes out and in from the open sea ! Fishing is amazing also, we have never seen such fish action in any other vacation home with fishing dock in the back... snappers, HUGE drum fish.... and other stripped ones also ( not sure the name ) The Master has a sliding glass door that goes to the pool and is convinient the bed is soooo comfy, super nice vanity with double sink in the bathroom and an enourmous closet ... Ladies you have the nicest vanity to get ready on!! a big seperate shower and an awesome JACUZZI spa like tub with a control for the jets ... A real treat!! BR 2 has a view from its window to the water , also a huge closet, and a bathroom and another bathroom close to BR 3 also with a huge closet !! Both room beds very comfy as well!! Beautiful counter with 4 stools for breakfast which the kids enjoyed !! Also a nice laundry room with a sink and a garage for 1 car and also fully equiped , chairs, coolers, floaties, Too much to name... Very quiet neigboorhood and super relaxing ....Now for the outside, nice table with 6 chairs, barbecue, pool , like 6 loungechairs to for sunbathing or just relax and enjoy the view ! Big dock with a boat( boat not for rental) and a table with chairs to sit if youd like.. but the bugs you at nightime so bring your repellent !

“We’ll Be Back!”

Excellent location, especially for boaters...easy access to open waters! The house is open and welcoming, kitchen fully equipped. Pool and Lanai are a great area to relax the day away! Quiet location, but yet moments away from all amenities!Chris, the manager, a great fellow to work with. Any questions or concerns, he was right on it...looking forward to next year!

This property is in a great location with good outdoor space

This Villa is of a very high standard and the view of the waterway with the boats travelling up and down is very relaxing. There are Restaurants within a 15 to 20 minutes walk. We would highly recommend this villa and we were very well looked after by Chris the agent.
