Welcome to 1350-B Holiday Drive - a lovely two bedroom, 1 bath duplex behind the street-front unit, located an easy walking distance to the beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
This adorable 2-bedroom,1 bath unit has a private patio and entrance in the back and is a great location to the deeded beach access on Beachcomber Lane, Stump Pass State Park, and local island dining and evening entertainment.

This is a Non-Smoking Unit. Enter into the living room where you'll find comfortable furniture and a TV with cable access, and free Wi-Fi. There's a fully stocked kitchen with a dining area for the chef in the family. The master bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV streaming services available, (no cable); the guest bedroom has a bunk bed for your overnight guests with twin bed on top and a full-size bed below. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Amenities include a washer & dryer, gas grill, beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, and bicycles.

The beach access to the Gulf of Mexico is just a short walk from the house. You can walk for miles up and down the seashell-covered beach; be sure to bring your bucket to collect the pretty ones. The warm blue Gulf water is nice for swimming in the summer.

A well-behaved dog will be considered by the owner. There is a $100 pet fee.
