Beautiful second story condo in the heart of Old Town Key West - near Mangia Mangia and 5 Brothers. Very roomy - 1605 square feet. Soaring ceilings, sky lights, lots and lots of windows, one side of the balcony looks out over the heated, salt water pool and the other side looks into the trees. The condo has three bedrooms and 2 baths. One of the upstairs bedrooms has its own private balcony up in the trees. The upstairs Jack and Jill bathroom has just been renovated. New carpeting will be in by the end of October. The downstairs bedroom is the master bedroom and has its own bathroom. Two sleeper couches are located in the living room. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Very quiet end unit - only one shared wall. The grounds are beautiful - lovely foliage lines the delightful brick walkways. One dedicated off street parking spot is available near one of the gates. The pool area consists of a darling clubhouse and decks all around. The condo property is gated and very secure.
This is one of the best locations in Key West - walk or ride your bike to everything. Several restaurants just blocks away. Duval Street is 4 blocks from the condo.

Area Information

Key West is truly a delightful place to visit and to live. It is unlike anywhere else. It's so easy to get around - you can walk or bike pretty much anywhere you want to go. This is an easy going friendly town. People are always willing to help or just chat.
Sunset at Mallory Square is an experience you need to have at least once in your life. Key West offers delightful cuisine and bars filled with music. The condo is located in one of the best parts of town - charming and fun. Five Brothers on the corner is a coffee shop where the locals go to have their coffee and catch up with each other. Mangia Mangia is at the other end of the block and offers great Italian food in a tropical setting. One block away is Cafe Sole - great seafood. Just a block down Grinnell is Azur, well know for its tasty dishes.
During the day, the beaches will call your name. Bike to Smathers Beach, Higgs Beach or the Southernmost Beach. Or, get out into the beautiful Azur blue water with your snorkel gear and hang out with the tropical fish. Fishing is huge in Key West and easy to do.
One of the best parts of Key West is its history. The architecture reflects that history which includes pirates, shrimping, sponging, and fishing. Just walking the streets might be enough for you. The houses are decorated with gingerbread and have real character. Some have ghosts. Southard Square itself used to be an old hospital.

Walking is a good way to see the town. There are several walking tours,
Truman Waterfront and Higgs Beach are good places to work out. Ride your bike and use the workout stations.
