Located near Pine Island Beach/Park, Matlacha for amazing sunsets & waterfront entertainment. Near state parks, marinas, golf, shopping & restaurants. Desireable fishing location.

One level living with an abundance of natural light and true Florida decor. Neat and clean with comfortable beds and tile throughout! Primary bedroom bath features double-sinks, a walk-in shower and soaking tub with separate roomed toilet. Walk-in closets and private slider to the pool.

Other things to note
6 guests maximum including any additionally invited day guests. Quiet time starts at 9 pm. Neighbors are very quiet and we respect the quiet space.

: Hello! My name is Corrine. My husband, daughter and little King Charles Cavalier Spaniel dog live in Minnesota. With our colder winters, we purchase our home in Cape Coral to eventually retire in Florida. We were quite particular when purchasing and wanted a neat and clean home on a saltwater canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico near good fishing. Even more importantly in a quiet neighborhood. My favorite place for my morning yoga is poolside and you can relax in quiet in our home, which is exactly what stands out to our competition.

Why this property?

We also love the location just 6 mi from our favorite restaurant, Miceli's Waterfront as well as amazing sunsets and a fishing pier at Bokeelia. Many area restaurants, marinas, golf courses, entertainment and water life! We would love to host you if your idea of a vacation includes relaxation poolside resetting from daily life or heading to a beach to soak up sun and waves! Working on your golf game at a nearby course or playing paintball just down the street at Gator Mike's. There are also many charters in the area if you prefer to let a captain lead you. If you have a boat, Cabbage Key is one of our favorite islands to boat to with live tortoises and a great restaurant/bar. It is worth the experience. Come experience what Florida has to offer and reset in your time off!
