The space

Spacious double driveway for up to 6 cars and boat parking. 1 car garage.

All 4 bedrooms are set up for maximum comfort, with brand new medium-firm mattresses, sheets, quilts, extra pillows, blankets, and room darkening curtains, so you can wake whenever you want to and feel refreshed and ready for your next adventure.

INDOOR LIVING: Sofa, High Speed WIFI, Board Games, 65 inch Smart TV with Subscriptions to Netflix, Disney+ & Hulu & more.

BEDROOM #1: King Bed & twin bed with closet, couch, nightstand, and en-suite Shower Bathroom. Toddler cot provided. Travel Sized Hygiene Essentials provided

POOL & OUTDOOR LIVING: Heated pool at 87F, jetted spa (not hot tub) , floats, swimming vests for kids, pool noodles, pool games, 6 pool loungers, patio chairs, FULLY enclosed yard, Charcoal BBQ with charcoals. Hammock, soccer & goals, corn hole game. It is an outdoor pool, so you may see leaves and some debris which you can clean off with a provided net and pool robot. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT.

DINING ROOM: Expansive dining table with bench and 6 chairs. By the fireplace with pool view and garden view. 1 high chair for kids.

FLORIDA ROOM: Large Florida room with another dining table and benches to enjoy fresh air. Smart TV with Netflix, Disney Plus and Hulu. Pool/ Beach towels.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with cooking basics, blender, Instant Pot, Coffee Maker & Grinder with Complimentary Coffee & Filters, Charcuterie Board, In-fridge Ice Maker, high chair, children's plates cups and utensils, toaster, trash bags, dishwasher pods and dish soap/sponge, pots, pans, Tupperware, wine glasses, plates and cups, knife set, baking needs AND SO MUCH MORE!

LAUNDRY ROOM & GARAGE: Indoor Washer & Dryer inside the garage with complimentary Laundry Detergent.

Guest access
You have access to the entire home, including the pool at all hours (as long as quiet time is honored). There is a keypad used to enter the home so you are free to enter whenever is convenient.
Other things to note
Pool Maintenance comes twice a week and go straight to the backyard without need to disrupt you. Lawn service comes every 2 weeks. Pest control once per month.

The pool equipment is not to be touched for any reason.

HURRICANES / STORMS:

We do our best to work with guests in the event of a named-storm. As a general rule we will only refund or allow a date change if there is;
1) A named Hurricane is directly impacting our property (I.e. We are in the 5-Day NHC “National Hurricane Center” Warning Cone) and where;
2) Local authorities have issued a voluntary evacuation order for our area.
