Downtown Naples is about 15 - 20 minute drive. On 5th Ave South there are a bunch of restaurants and an ice cream place where they make their own waffle cones. For the restaurants on 5th Ave S, they can get expensive. However, if you make reservations before 5 pm, you can get the early bird special in some of the restaurants (same service and same menu). For example, at Vergina's on 5th Avenue, the menu is half price before 5 pm, but you need a reservation. You can make one at open-table. Afterwards, you can then get ice cream at Kilwins, walk around the shops and see the sunset.
