HURRICANE IAN UPDATE: On September 28th 2023 Hurricane Ian, a category 4, hurricane made landfall in Southwest Florida making it the strongest Hurricane to hit the United States since Hurricane Andrew. Leaving behind a massive amount of destruction and devastation. Many people believed it would be years before the island was ready to host tourist but the recovery has been unprecedented including the re=building of the causeway. Although the island is still healing and looks different than before everyday the more and more businesses open back up, greenery is returning to the island and the beaches are healing beautifully. We would love to welcome you back to our islands but with the full disclosure and understanding of the current condition of the islands. While South Seas Serenity is as serene and beautiful as ever, being newly renovated again after Ian, there is still a lot of construction and devastation in the area. Please note: The hotel pool and restaurants located in the very back of South Seas are for hotel guest only. This condo is individually owned. There is a pool and of course the beach located right in front of the condo for your use.
