Heated pool, Hot tub, clubhouse, Pickleball and 2 dog parks. The Bay has a new gazebo along with picnic tables nearby and benches. Pier is in process. Costco is within walking distance , Super Target behind Costco. 2 Adult Tricycles for use.

About the owner: We love the warm Florida sun and the beautiful Clearwater Beach.
Why this property? Location! Hop Skip and Jump to Old Tampa Bay and close to beach, shopping, many thrift and consignment shops. Pete&Shorties food is right around the corner a couple blocks down with good food. Many other towns close by- St. Pete Beach within 20-30 min,. Clearwater Beach 8 miles away.
