Home is within walking distance to the Oasis Clubhouse which features: a large resort swimming pool, lazy river, pool slide, tiki bar, movie theatre, game room, gym, restaurant, and more! On-site golf available!

The space
Our home offers almost 2,000 square feet of clean, comfortable indoor living space in an inviting atmosphere that is the perfect place to call home as you explore the Orlando area. It's the perfect place to come back to after long days at the parks, golfing, and conferences. It's also the perfect place to relax for a staycation.

BATHROOMS:
Bathroom on the main floor with shower, toilet, sink

En-suite Bathroom on the second floor attached to King room with double sinks, shower/tub combination, water closet

KITCHEN:
We have a fully equipped kitchen with all standard appliances, including a refrigerator with ice/water maker and an air fryer! You'll have the basics for preparing meals on your own with utensils and serving ware.

MAIN LIVING ROOM
Smart television with cable channels and the ability to connect to Roku apps via your passwords (NETFLIX, HULU, HBO, etc...)

OUTDOOR SPACE
Soak up the Florida sun in loungers on your own private lanai. Splash pool goes up to 4ft deep with 3ft area as well for your enjoyment. Pool features a basketball hoop and balls. Please feel free to bring your own floatation devices if you desire. Comfortable seating area under covered lanai with an outdoor fan to help with the humidity and heat.
Pool heat is available for $30 per reservation day to add on. Must inform host at least 2 days prior to check-in to reserve.

*Video cameras are always on and record audio/video 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are located at the entrance to the home on the doorbell and also outside the pool screen pointed at the exterior pool screen door that leads to the grassy area in the back yard. #2 cameras total.

Access to entire home except for locked owner's closet.

Two onsite CAMERAS:
Ring doorbell camera at the front door and Ring floodlight camera in the back of home outside of pool enclosure. This camera is not facing the pool, but is facing the outside pool gate door for security. Cameras are there for the safety of guests and owners. Please do not tamper with cameras. Doing so will result in eviction from the property without a refund.
