•Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed (Private Bathroom);
•Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed (Private Bathroom);
•Theater and Game room with air hockey, pool/ping pong table, gaming chairs with two consoles, darts on the wall, Movie Projector and popcorn machine;
•Pool Area: Projector, plenty of theater chairs and bean bags to have movie night every NIGHT, SPA and screened lanai with child safety fence;
•Living Room with comfortable chair and sofa and 85” TV;
•Dining Room seating 16 people;
•Fully equipped Kitchen with 6 sits in the breakfast bar;
SECOND FLOOR:
•Second Living Room with TV, chairs and Sofa;
•3 (Three) Bathroom shared with 7 Bedroons
•Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds (Basketball Room)

Located at the amazing resort Champions Gate that was designed with style, value and tranquility in mind. This gorgeous community offers a chance for everyone to enjoy what they love about Orlando: world-famous attractions, sun-soaked golf courses, countless shops and restaurants — all just minutes from the resort.
Gated and secured community with luxury clubhouse and cabanas, resort-style pool with water slide, lazy river, Golf Course, Golf Clubhouse Grill, outdoor recreation areas, volleyball court, tennis court and Fitness Center.

Optional services:
1.BBQ: If you need to use BBQ, 24-hour notice is required, an additional $70 cleaning fee is required.
2. Pool and Spa heating: $40 per  day for a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Pre-communication is required for this feature. Please expect approximately 24 hours to heat up the pool.
3. Basic number towels will be prepared. If more towels are needed for pool and club, please bring more by yourself.

House Rules:
Prohibited
***It is EXTREMELY prohibited parties or invite guests, over during your stay. The number of guests must be followed. The house is for the use ONLY by those who have booked (maximum 24 people). The invitation of more people will occur in a charge of U$4,000.00.

***It is prohibited Smoke inside the house. It this happen will occur in a charge of U$1,000.00.

* It is prohibited pets.

General Rules:
- Please check if the house door is locked when you leave.
- You can park the car in front of the house at the parking lot marked on the street.
- Swin at your own risk, be careful.and please take care of Children near the Pool area. We have the child safety fence but we highly recommend adult supervision;

Community Rules:
Everyday Rules for The Retreat at Champions Gate
-Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
-Please be courteous and keep in mind, there are homeowners and tenants that reside on the property all year round.
-No parking on the grass nor blocking sidewalks, pedestrian walkways, parking signs, fire hydrants, and neighbors’ driveways.
- Security 24/7
-Place all household trash inside a trash bag in the provided container/trash bench before 7 AM.
-Trash is picked up daily, promptly at 7 AM except major holidays.
-DO NOT PLACE TRASH BAGS OR ANY BULK ITEMS ON THE CURB.
-Any loose trash in the trash bench will not be serviced that day.
-Any Bulk items services will need to be requested prior with Amenity Service for scheduled pick up. Fee will be charged
-There are many cameras within the community, please do not place any trash on the neighbors’ property or anywhere else.
-No RV's/Trailer/Boats allowed
- Car recommended to get around.
