The guest should leave the home tidy and as it was upon arrival. Check out time is 11 am CST.

About the owner: Hi, we are TJ and Angela, your hosts, we are high school sweethearts. We have been married for 26 years and Love the beach as much as you do! We love to escape our jobs and enjoy the sandy beach and warm sun.
Why this property? This house has a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living room and even a shuffleboard table. The private fenced in backyard is quiet and provides a great atmosphere for roasting marshmallows on the fire pit.
