LOCATION, Location and quiet 55+ Active community. Simple, peaceful and centrally-located. According to association rules, one renter must be 45 and abide by association rules.
Enjoy an open concept living, dining and kitchen area, with 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms just down the short hallway. Cook your own meals in the full kitchen with most anything you may need or enjoy the many restaurants nearby! TVs in living room and master bedroom, a smart tv with wifi and a digital antenna in the living room and a tv with a digital antenna in the master bedroom. There is a DVD player in the living room. An assortment of board games, cards, books and DVD's are provided for your use! There is an outside seating area with a simple table and 2 chairs under the carport and parking is provided in the driveway.

Relax and enjoy the sunshine, 10 min to Skydive City, 25 min to Tampa and Busch gardens, 45 min to the beach (Clearwater or Tarpon Springs), 15 min to outlet mall and shopping, 1 hour to Orlando and Disney! Close to restaurants, grocery, parks and shopping. Enjoy a quiet walk in the evening around the community ponds or play putt putt or basketball in the community! Stay in read a book, watch a DVD or play cards or board games with family!!

About the owner: I am a current special education teacher and student teaching supervisor. My husband works for the schools and we have two adult boys. We love to be outside and love our Florida property in all seasons! We grew up and live in Ohio. We strive to provide you the cleanest and most convenient stay and are always here if you have questions or need anything at all!
Why this property? This was a family property since we purchased and has been in our family for many years. We have so many wonderful memories at this home and hope you and your family can build fantastic memories here!
