About the owner: Myself and my husband live in Cape Coral. I am an active schoolteacher and my husband is a retired police officer. We decided to buy another home for a rental adventure.
Why this property? We personally went into the home and did all the decorations and brand new furniture and beds for perfect comfort for all of our guests. Our home has everything inside. You need right down to a hair, blow dryer, ironing, board, and iron. The backyard is totally fenced in with closed gates, and we have a screened in lanai with tables and chairs for comfort outside, including a brand new barbecue grill.
