The moment you step into this quaint condo, you'll immediately know you've found your second home. Grey wood flooring stretches from your spot in the entryway to the sliding glass doors that reveal a sweeping view.

On your right you'll find a stately kitchen equipped to store your favorite beach snacks. Dark wood cabinetry, light counters, and glittering stainless steel appliances create a space that is not only functional, but also welcoming and aesthetic. Coffee lovers will be delighted to find that both a drip coffee maker and Keurig are provided for their morning caffeine jolt. While New Smyrna has delicious dining options, the condo's kitchen is fully-stocked and prepared with cooking essentials for the nights you decide to stay in. Whip up a yummy meal and just use the pass-through window when it's time to serve!

The pass-through window conveniently resides near the traditional, wooden dining room table. While technically meant for just four, an extra cushioned chair is provided nearby should any new friends be joining you for dinner.

Reconnect with your family and relax from a day of beachy play in the elegant living room. No need to fight over the "best seat" as this area offers a white, pull-out couch, two plush recliners, and a stylish armchair so that everyone is comfortably accommodated. Once everyone is settled, turn on the 55" Smart Samsung TV for a chill, relaxing night in. Bring your streaming service log-ins or use the DVD player should you desire a specific show or film for your family movie night.

Pause for a quick intermission and step onto the private balcony to enjoy the Florida pink and orange evening skies. Two chairs and a side table are provided should you wish to linger longer and enjoy the view of the complex pools, grounds, and ocean beyond.

When your yawns begin to interrupt conversation, excuse yourself for the night and head to the light, beachy master suite. The master bedroom is arrayed in creams and soft tones and does its utmost to accommodate guests with a soothing, restful stay. A king bed with high thread count sheets and organic bedding, a 46" flat-screen TV, and a private balcony entrance together create a luxurious experience for all who make this room "theirs". The updated master bathroom provides a walk-in shower, white vanity, and lots of fluffy towels.

Guests will find a blissful night's rest awaiting them in the beach-themed guest bedroom. The room is composed of two twin beds, a dresser and mirror, and cute decorative accents. In the guest bathroom you'll find a standard bathtub, dark wood vanity, and plenty of soft bath linens.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is a 55" Smart TV, cable, a DVD player, wireless internet, free long distance calling, a Keurig machine, and organic bedding, mattresses, and mattress covers in all bedrooms.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

You'll be just as happy inside a Sea Coast Gardens Condo as outside. Inside you'll find beautiful one- and two-bedroom accommodations. At only five stories, every condo is easily accessed. On the outside, you'll enjoy two seasonally heated pools, a clubhouse with free Wi-Fi, shuffleboard courts, an expansive beach deck and private access to the one of the most peaceful areas in New Smyrna Beach. The complex was built in 1973 and has 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens II and 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens III.
