Lobster Lagoon is a one of kind stunning Key West property! The main home boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 and half bathrooms. Mini Lobster Lagoon Guest House has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom!

This amazing vacation rental is located at the end of a very quiet street, corner lot with water on both sides! Quick ride to Atlantic or Gulf! Boat must have 12' clearance for bridge. Both properties have boat lifts and there is a paddle board/kayak lift to easily enjoy one of the many paddle boards and kayaks provided! Ride into Old Town or to the beach on one of the 6 bikes available to enjoy!

Lobster Lagoon (Main House): The main floor boasts a large comfortable living area with a flat screen TV. There is a screened patio off the living room, facing the water that is the entire length of the house! Perfect spot for morning coffee, breakfast, a good book and evening cocktails! The Master has doors that open to the screened porch with chairs and table to enjoy quiet time outside.

Also on the main floor is the gourmet kitchen, which features a La Cornue stove and oven (there is also a regular oven). There is a breakfast nook and half bath. Off the kitchen is a dining room with seating for 10 that overlooks the front yard and pool. For ease of taking things upstairs, the home has an elevator!

Also located on the main floor is a spacious Master bedroom and bathroom. A peaceful and luxurious retreat, the Master has a king bed, huge bathroom with two sinks, vanity with makeup mirror, soaking tub, water closet, full length mirror, large walk in shower and walk in closet. Two doors lead to the screen porch where two chairs and a table make the perfect spot to relax.

The comfortable Junior Master, located upstairs, has a king bed, TV, spacious closet and an en suite bathroom with shower. There is a small balcony that overlooks the front yard and pool.

The other two guestrooms, with king beds and lovely coastal decor, are also located upstairs. They both have TVs and French doors that open to a large shared balcony facing the water! These two bedrooms share a hall bath with a shower.

Mini Lobster Lagoon has lovely coastal decor and is a canal front two-bedroom, one bath home with a large screen porch and dockage! Amenities include 2 bikes with helmets and baskets, 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks! There is parking for both cars and a boat trailer. The pool at the main house is only available to guests of this property if they have rented the main house or the main house is not rented during their stay. No exceptions. The boat lift is set up for a "stepped hull" 26' ft boat up to 12K# and may not fit most boats; however, there is additional dockage on the seawall.

The Master Bedroom located off the hall and next to the bathroom has a King bed, flat screen TV and closet. The guestroom, located off the living room has a queen bed, flat screen TV and closet. The living room has a sleeper sofa.

The darling breakfast nook has plenty of seating and is just next to the well-stocked kitchen! Perhaps the best part of this cozy home is the huge screen porch with a gas grill, seating for six and a high top table for two. Perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails and al fresco dining!
