Stayed for the winter in 2021 and had a great time. Condo is in mint condition with all the appliances and fully equipped kitchen. The pool is beautiful, huge and heated. We loved it so much we bought a condo in the same place Promenades East while down there!

We come every year to visit family and friends in port charlotte, but we prefer to stay in our own accomodations. we usually go to the beach, and out to eat. we love this area, so many things to do
