Located just across the street from the Beach with super large balcony overlooking the Gulf Coast with Emerald Green clear waters and pure powder soft sand. Pompano Joes Beach side Restaurant across the street is a local favorite with beach bar, great food, live music and Beach Volley Ball.

Our Floor Plan:
Lovely foyer leads you to the Living area with those wonderful views of the water, inviting you out to the super sized porch (again those views!) with dining table chairs, Adirondack chairs and comfy seating. Hang out and watch the activity along the beach road. The living room has a sofa, 65” smart TV, 2 stationary chairs and 2 reclining chairs. There is desk at the window overlooking the water. Kitchen is fully equipped for those awesome family meals. The breakfast bar is very large with 8 stools and there’s a dinette that seats 4.

Utility Room has full size washer and dryer and a beverage cooler.

Main Mater Bedroom has access to the porch and yes, those beautiful water views! This master has a King bed, 2 night stand, chest, lamps, smart TV and a power recliner. Private Master bath boasts 2 vanities with Granite tops, tiled shower and commode.

Master #2 has a king bed, 2 nightstands, chest, lamps, chair and a 50” smart TV. Private bath has vanity, tiled shower and commode.

Bedroom #3 has custom bunks, being twin over twin and twin over full = 5 beds. 2 nightstands, chest and 50” smart TV. En-sute bath has tub-shower combo, vanity and commode.

The elevator exits right by our front door. There are only 4 units in our building and we are on the top floor (3). This is a low rise community.
We have a garage for parking and houses 4 bikes and beach gear. We also have a very large storage closet on the first floor that has beach gear, wagon and a stroller. There is a wide jog-bike path that runs all along the Scenic gulf drive for long walks, bike rides, jogging, etc.

There is so much to do here. Right there at the beach is a man made snorkel reef! We have world class fishing so rent a boat, or book a fishing charter. Tons of water sports including wind surfing, kayak, paddle boards, jet ski, boating……. Check out Crab island, the most fun to do in our area. We have shopping, dining, golf, tennis, kids stuff to do and night life. Live music!!

Student groups under the age of 25 and chaperoned groups are not allow. Max occupancy is 8 total guests.

Unique Benefits

Pavilion Palms is a low rise Condo. There are only 4 units in our building with ours being on on the top floor (3rd). We have a garage and storage room filled with bikes and beach gear. Our views are unbeatable. Unobstructed for miles. We have a community pool that is heated seasonally (mostly holidays).
