From the 15th floor of this magnificent Destin condominium the views are simply stunning. Upon exiting the elevator you’ll immediately be awed by all of Destin and Choctawhatchee Bay stretched out before you to the north. However the southern scenery from the private balcony is even better! Miles of aquamarine water glisten in the sunlight and dolphins and pelicans are oh so entertaining.

While the Gulf of Mexico is your playground when you stay at Hidden Dunes, a soothing interior only adds to the external beauty. Classic beach pastels and sea life décor create an air of comfort and tranquility. A fully stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, all the conveniences of home. The amenities available to guests of Gulfside at Hidden Dunes are truly amazing. You’ll find right on property a lighted basketball court, six championship clay tennis courts, an open air tram system, a community swimming pool with Jacuzzi, walking trails with gazebos, a playground for children, a lake with a fountain and more deeded beach per unit than any other Destin resort! Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.


We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
