A very large lani across the whole back of the property 11 by 24 with sliders off master bedroom an 2 large 8 ft sliders off-living room

This is a gated community staffed 24 hrs 7 days a week
We are close to hwy 82 between Daniels an colonial so it takes about 30 minute to get to the beach downtown Ft myers is about 10 minute with the hwy 82 so much to do downtown all the time. We have a full service golf community here with all the activities lovely pool an hot tub always clean an a great temperature, tennis , pickle ball, basketball, botchi ball, play ground for kids I have a few bike in the garage for your use
