Come and stay in this beautifully and professionally decorated, modern town home that contains 3 well-appointed bedrooms, together with 3 spacious en-suite bathrooms, Wi Fi and Flat Screen TV's in Lounge and all Bedrooms and DVD Player in lounge.
Located in a quiet and tranquil setting, this South West rear facing townhouse enjoys private and uninterrupted views of a beautiful conservation area. Completed in 2015 and boasting state of the art appliances, this contemporary house is located in the heart of the Serenity at Dream Resort community, one of the newest and closest communities to Disney. Access to the Serenity at Dream Resort Clubhouse, containing a state of the art gymnasium and larger community pool, is also part of the package.
This fully air conditioned home includes a fully equipped kitchen enjoying contemporary facilities, granite counter tops and stainless steel kitchen appliances, a breakfast area with 4 stools and a dining area that easily seats 6 persons. The living area contains ample seating capacity and a 42 inch TV for family time to plan the daily itinerary. After a busy day enjoying the theme parks or shopping malls, guests can relax in a covered lanai complete with a splash pool, which can be heated during cooler days.
The Bedroom layout includes a queen bedroom with a shared bathroom on the first floor, a king master suite and a twin beds on the second floor. The master suite boasts a balcony enjoying all day and evening sun and views of the conservation area. All bedrooms have a 32 inch TV for entertainment. All bathrooms are also finished and modern standard and are furnished with necessary amenities.
We also have a Travel Cot and High Chair for our young guests!
Situated just minutes from Highway 192, Serenity is close to local shops and Supermarkets just off of Highway 27 and offers easy access to Walt Disney World which is only just 20 to25 minutes away. Many of Orlando's other area attractions such as Universal Studios ,Seaworld, Wet and Wild and Discovery Cove,The Florida Mall,The Mall at Milennia and the Outlet Malls are all within an easy reach.
There are many Golf Courses close by with fishing, boating, and equestrian activities also available. There is a great selection of restaurants on Highway 192 which are within a 5 minute drive and include very well-known restaurants such as: Bahama Breeze, Joes Crab Shack, Applebee's, Carrabbas, The Olive Garden, Outback, Houlihan, and many more.
We offer a lovely clean and modern family home in a relaxing and quiet community. There is plenty of space for all the family to relax after a busy day in the parks, or shopping! We have a very private rear deck with a splash pool that gets all day sunshine. The balcony off the master bedroom also benefits from sunshine all day, and the sunset to enjoy a glass of wine maybe watching it set!
You can also enjoy a morning cuppa at the very quiet front porch watching the sunrise if you so desire! Or maybe you would be tempted to take a morning hot air ballon ride to see the sunrise and a birds eye view of the area whist enjoying a glass of bucks fizz maybe.....what a great way to start the day!
Why Kids Love It
Lovely community pool for the kids to splash about in when they want a bit more room from the house splash pool. The children's games room has a table tennis table and games machines, plus a tv and sofas for them to relax on. For our younger guests there is a small play park which is shown on our gallery. All of the above are just a stones throw away over the road from our house.

You will often see Hot Air Balloons on their early morning flights to catch sunrise, if your not having a lie in as they fly across the balcony or front porch. The area is always quiet and the community pool and gym just over the road to use are fantastic. We love our holidays there and whenever we leave just can't wait to return again, and we very much hope our guests will feel the same!

A car is necessary as the house is about 10 minutes drive away from the local shops and resturants.
Favorite Places To Eat
Columbia restaurant in Celebration is one of our favourite palaces to eat. It is about a 25 minute drive away but it is well worth it to visit this Disney built town. For desert you must leave room for the ice cream shop.....just amazing!!
In Downtown Clermont for those of you who love an "English Afternoon Tea" there is a lovely tea shop that does wonderful scones, jam and cream along with a good 'cuppa' in china cups! Then after you can walk off all those calories around the beautiful lake. And on the way home you could call in at the local winery and see how it is made, and maybe take a bottle or two home to sample with dinner that evening! I think when we think of the Orlando area most people think of the Disney Parks, but there is so much more out there to explore, and I hope you have a great time doing so I know we will!

A security deposit is required on registration with our property managers IPG Florida Vacations, this is $500.00 and a hold will be placed on your bank/credit card. Once the property has been cleaned and checked after departure and all is well then this hold will be released. Alternatively guests can elect to pay a NON refundable $69.00 on registration which pays for an accidental/damage insurance policy.

Security deposit required?
We offer our guests a choice as to if they wish to place a security deposit upon registration with our property managers who are IPG Florida Vacation. This takes form of a hold of $500.00 taken on a bank or credit card. Once our guests have departed and the home cleaned and checked if all is well then this hold is then released. If you prefer not to do this then you have the choice to pay for a accidental damage/breakages insurance policy which covers you for accidental damage or breakages. This is a NON REFUNDABLE $69.00 + tax and is paid for at registration with IPG Florida Vactions.
