Welcome to our Clearwater Condo, steps away from Clearwater’s vast sugar white sand beaches ! Your family and friends will love the space this unit offers! It can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. The VIEW is spectacular at 640 Bayway Blvd, looking onto the gorgeous intracoastal inlet, where you'll be able to see dolphins and manatees swim. Our building is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, steps away from the beach and countless attractions and restaurants .

Why Kids Love It

Kids will love the walking distance to the beach and amazing actives and attractions such as water sports, fishing , jet skiing, kayaking , swimming and much more. The gentle waves and shallow waters along with the white sandy beach makes Clearwater Beach the perfect playground for kids . Captain Bligh's Landing is a fun and exciting mini golf course located across the street from our unit.
If your kids love marine life the Clearwater Marine Aquarium is a must see : the home to our late Winter , the dolphin, from A Dolphin's Tales. You'll also see turtles dolphins, pelicans and otters along with events such as stingray feeding throughout the day.
If surfing is your thing Surf Style a souvenir shop near our property offering a fun indoor surfing ride. Other fun activities include , bike and Segway rentals and a 2 hour boat ride on Captain Memo's Pirate Cruise. If you'd like to stay on our property and relax it's alway fun to just hang out by the swimming pool and hot tub!

The Jolley Trolley is a great way to site see and get around town operating with daily service on Clearwater Beach. There is a stop across from our condo and the trolley runs between Clearwater Beach and downtown Clearwater, Dunedin, Palm Harbor and Tarpon Springs ..
Make sure you visit Pier 60 for the nightly sunset . It’s a free show that you don’t want to miss. Local street performers and vendors will keep you entertained throughout the evening. There’s an eclectic collection of local restaurants & bars in the area that will quench any thirst and satisfy any appetite.
