About the owner: As a 30 experienced real estate Broker from Massachusetts, I am very selective in terms of location. I wanted the view, the beach and a clean, quiet place where I felt safe. This location is the very best Sarasota has to offer! I live in a beautiful resort area on Cape Cod when I am not in Sarasota, and it didn't take me long to decide being on the beach with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico, and close to so many area ammenities was as good as it gets! I rented my unit for 3 years prior to puchasing. When it was offered for sale, I grabbed it! I know perfection when I see it! I have rental property on Cape Cod but have never rented my Sarasota condo. It is "my home" away from home and I will eventully retire here. I don't use it 6 months of the year, and just decided I would offer it up for rent for the 1st time in 7 years.
