With our 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, you will experience clean, top of the line furniture and decor! Our renovated condo is located in the beautiful, meticulously landscaped South Seas Club, a 55 acre gated community, the only property on Marco Island that has both Gulf of Mexico beaches and boat docks on a large bay with access to the miles of canals throughout Marco Island. From our 38 foot balcony, you will enjoy beautiful sunsets, views of the Gulf of Mexico and the tropical foliage of Tigertail Nature Park. This view is very private, no other condo towers to look at and no one looking at you. Whether you are entertaining guests or relatives in the spacious, fully-equipped beachfront condo or relaxing on a romantic getaway, South Seas is a vacationer’s dream with a quiet tropical Island feeling and secured gated community, offering privacy at its best.
Our condo is appointed with new tropical/coastal furniture, mattresses and bedding's. The unit offers two fully furnished bedrooms with a king size bed in the master, a flat screen TV, a DVD player, large walk-in closet and a spacious private bath, including a hairdryer. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen TV and DVD/VCR player. The second bath is located directly across from the guest bedroom and close to the living room. The living room boasts new furniture, featuring a leather sofa (w/pull out bed), loveseat and 42' flat screen TV & smart DVD player. The kitchen has been renovated with light colored modern cabinetry, new appliances, flatware, dishes and cookware. You'll enjoy the hot dog cooker & bun warmer stored in the cabinet. In the kitchen, it is well equipped whether the cook prefers to entertain a large group or prepare a quick meal. The kitchen also features new granite counter tops and tray ceiling with multiple lighting options. We have even replaced the light switches throughout the unit! No need to bring anything, we have pool and beach toys, a beach cart to carry the provided beach chairs, cooler, umbrella’s and towels to the wide white sand beach. We even have an electric air pump to blow up the air mattresses and floats! Wireless Internet in the unit! We have recently added a 26' women's bike and a 24' boys bike & 2 helmets.
Come to Marco Island, the perfect paradise for family gatherings, romantic getaways or a girl’s trip away in the sun, spend a week or a month in our luxurious condominium complex directly on the beach.

The South Seas complex is located on TigerTail Beach and Nature Park, sea shell hunting is easy and plentiful. Most of the time, the Beaches on Marco Island are empty compared to hundreds of other beaches in Florida. If you want to relax and get away from the crowds, Marco Island is the place to go. There are hundreds of restaurants and bars of every type and price category scattered over the Island.
Inside our condo, we have a book with about 20-25 restaurant menus, so you can see first hand the variety and prices for each place. Always pick up a Marco Review book at the Grocery store or at our Property Managers office, the restaurants advertise and many will have specials, especially during the summer.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
The Beach, the Beach and the Beach!!! The large pool is also just outside the door, between the two towers. South Seas also has several tennis courts, a fitness center over in Tower 3 (where you check in). The South Seas complex is a rather large complex, with walkways, it is the only complex that goes from the Gulf to the Bay.

Effective Jan 1, 2019, Collier County has voted in an additional 1% sales tax to help offset the expense of cleaning up after Hurricane Irma in 2017.
This makes the total taxes 12%; Florida Sales tax 6%; Collier County Tourist tax 5% and Collier County sales tax 1%.

About the owner: We have vacationed to Florida for many years, we fell in love with Marco Island, on how quiet, secure and well kept the island is. South Seas is very centrally located on the Island, you are close to about 30 restaurants & bars.
We are from Michigan. My wife and I have lived in Michigan all of our lives. We have two great sons, that make us very proud, one is in Richland, Michigan (Gull Lake area)and the other is in Branford, Connecticut.
We love to come down to Marco several times a year, one of these times we will relax. My wife strives to make our condo fresh and inviting, welcome to the BEACH!
Why this property? The South Seas complex is very private and secure, It is the only condo complex on Marco Island that offers Gulf to Bay access. On one side of the property is the the Gulf of Mexico and the other side (short walk) is a large bay that you could keep a boat. The property has tennis courts, fitness center, large pool and easy walking to either Crescent or TigerTail beach (excellent shelling).
