Exciting news, we just painted the entire interior of our home Canvas Tan. Photos coming soon! Spacious Oceanside Vilano Beach Home. Perfect for family and friends! – It was a very busy 2021 and we have just given our home a seasonal refresh. There are new towels, sheets, pots, pans, furniture, and more. Enjoy 3,000+ square feet of indoor space and 1,500 square feet of decks. Our home has amazing views! There is a short walk to the beach with no roads to cross (see aerial photo). On the third floor, there is a spacious master suite with a King bed and a private bath that includes a tiled shower and jetted tub. From the master, step out onto a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Atlantic!
The main floor has a full kitchen with plenty of seating for 12, access to a large porch, and another bedroom with a King bed and a private bath. The lower level includes a kitchenette plus three other bedrooms with plenty of sleeping spaces. One bedroom has a Queen size bed. Bedroom two also on the lower level has two full-sized beds and a twin. And finally, bedroom three on the lower level has two full-sized beds. Bedrooms two and three on this level have ensuite bathrooms. (bedroom two is not pictured, photo coming soon)
So, in summary, there are five bedrooms with two Kings, one queen, four fulls, and a twin. There is no pull-out sofa. We have a new sofa.
Step outside and follow the path to a semi-private pool or turn right for a short walk to the beach. Publix is conveniently located across the street for all of your grocery needs! Grab a snack or bottle of wine and enjoy them on one of the many decks.
The center of St. Augustine is a short drive over the bridge where you will find lots of shopping, restaurants, and history. You can check out the oldest schoolhouse, a variety of churches, and tour Flagler College with its beautiful Tiffany pieces. Or step back in time and stop by the Fountain of Youth or the old masonry fort. Take a trolley tour or walk down St. George Street and enjoy boutiques, bistros, gift shops, and more. There are plenty of water sports and golfing nearby.
Dogs are considered in this home. There is a non-refundable pet fee and guests will be required to sign a pet addendum. Gather up your family or friends and book today!
There are four parking spaces available and there is a shopping center across the road with additional parking.
Our home is perfect for families and friends but please note that special events are not permitted.
We recommend that our guests, for their protection, purchase trip insurance.
The entry to our home is on the street side and is not through the porch in the photo. We can provide an aerial view for a more specific location. Our house is not directly next to the pool but just a bit east and a short work from our door.
Guests will have to climb a flight of stairs to the main living area which includes the kitchen. Our home is not accessible to wheelchairs or people that can't climb stairs as there is no elevator.
The pool is shared between four homes that are part of an HOA community. The pool is not typically crowded and our guests really enjoy using it. It is not heated and there is a small kiddie section.
Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions will be sent 7 days prior to arrival provided the agreement is signed and all payments are made. If you need information prior to this we are happy to provide it. We use a booking system called OwnerRez and you will see communication coming through this system.
Damage Protection is included with this rental.
We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.

We had a great time at this property. Plenty of room to spread out, short walk to the beach. Great places to eat and visit nearby.
The house comes with everything you will need for a short stay.
The house is spacious so easily accommodates a large group of people. Had everything we needed to cook large dinners and the grocery store being right across the street was very convenient. And the beach just as close makes this a perfect location. A quick drive over the bridge is downtown St. Augustine.
The location was clean and well stocked. Close to dining and a Publix right across the street. We will stay here again.
