About this rental
Beachcomber II condo is located in the heart of Jax Beach, with a private gated pool. Centrally located to restaurants and shops, many in walking distance. Features stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a new washer/dryer. The breakfast table and island each have seating for 4. There are two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a pull-out sofa bed. There are two baths, one is a full bath and one has a soaker tub. Includes high-speed Internet perfect for streaming, teleworking, and distance learning. New smart TV in the living room. The condo is on the third floor and it is important to note there is no elevator. There is a side balcony with an ocean view and some chairs for enjoying the scenery. There is a nice oceanfront park right next to the building. Plus, it's just a short walk to the beach, pool, and a variety of local restaurants.
Jacksonville Beach has lots to do! There are museums, a golf club, and a fishing pier. There are weekly events including several music festivals. Stay in the heart of Jax Beach and experience it all!
Guests must be 27 years or older.
There are two parking spots available. Oversized vehicles and lifted vehicles will not fit under the garage.
We recommend that our guests, for their protection, purchase trip insurance.
Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions will be sent 7 days prior to arrival provided the agreement is signed and all payments are made.
If you need information prior to this we are happy to provide it. We use a booking system called OwnerRez and you will see communication coming through this system.
One small to medium dog is considered and there is a non-refundable pet fee. A pet addendum must be signed as well.

Damage Protection is included with this rental. Guests are responsible for charges exceeding the policy.
We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.

Spent the week before Christmas. Great location right on the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Condo was well-equipped with everything that we needed. We have definitely tagged this location for future visits.
Clean, good layout. Can see the ocean. Quick walk to many things. Not for those that don’t like/can’t do steps. For those that do- it helps you get your workout in!
